Welcome to ACA Tokyo website
Welcome to ACA Tokyo website! we are sorry, our website is under construction now.
Is ACA for you?
"The only requirement for membership in ACA is a desire to recover from the effects of growing
up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional family."
The Third Tradition of all ACA groups. This means that anyone who grew up around someone who was
a problem drinker or in a family that was dysfunctional for other reasons is welcome at ACA.
If you are wondering if you should go to your first ACA meeting we suggest that you :
- Read through 'the problem' Not every adult child who first reads this relates to all of it but if you find that you relate to some of what is written ACA will probably help you.
- Also come and visit our meeting to find out more about the Tokyo ACA group and the ACA program.
- Of course feel free to contact either of our group contacts whose phone no.s are listed on the right if you would like to discuss with an ACA member about whether or not ACA is for you or find out more about ACA. Alternatively you can also email us at the address to the right.
You may also refer www.adultchildren.org for more information.
